  • Contract: to provide the coaching services you request

  • Consent: where explicit consent is required

I use strict measures to protect your personal data:

  • Encrypted and password-protected devices and accounts

  • Secure, GDPR-compliant platforms for online sessions (e.g. Zoom/Google Meet with passwords and waiting rooms enabled)

  • Limited access: only I have access to your data

  • Regular updates of systems and security software

  • Secure cloud storage with EU or GDPR-compliant providers

6. Data Retention

  • Coaching notes: kept (offline) only for as long as relevant to your coaching journey, then deleted

  • Contact details: kept for two years after our last contact, unless you request deletion earlier

  • Payment records: stored for the period required by Italian tax law

 

7. Sharing Data

I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data may only be shared with:

  • Scheduling tools: Calendly

  • Email providers: Gmail
    All providers used are GDPR-compliant.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Correct inaccuracies

  • Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Restrict or object to processing

  • Data portability (receive your data in a portable format)
